Freedom4Girls are a UK registered charity focused on tackling period poverty in local communities. Period poverty is caused by 3 main factors: lack of access to products, lack of access to education and shame and stigma and therefore we work to eradicate these factors and improve the lives of those who menstruate within our communities.

We do this by providing free disposable and reusable period products to those who need it, ensuring that everyone not only has access to period products, but the products that are best for them and their body. For example, last year we delivered over 35,000 products to those in need with 80% of our deliveries being in the top 10% most disadvantaged areas of the UK.

We also provide educational workshops on topics such as body literacy, puberty, periods and mental health, menopause, keeping active on your period etc in schools, colleges, workplaces and community groups.

Additionally, every Friday we offer a drop in session at the Haymarket Shopping Centre from 10am-2pm where you can get advice, signposting and resources on a variety of women’s health topics as well as collecting free period products for yourself or others in need.
